ALBUQUERQUE, New Mexico — Authorities say an arrest has been fabricated in a baleful cutting in Albuquerque over the Labor Day weekend.
The Albuquerque Police Department and the U.S. Marshals Service say 19-year-old Daryl Martinez was arrested backward Tuesday in the cutting of 28-year-old James Lucero on Saturday at an accommodation circuitous in northeast Albuquerque.
Members of a Marshals Service assignment force and the Police Department's assemblage assemblage fabricated the arrest in the parking lot of an accommodation circuitous in northwest Albuquerque.
